## ご利用の流れ

1. 必要書類のご用意
   
   会社設立には、さまざまな書類が必要となります。当税理士法人では、お客様に代わって専門家が書類の作成を代行。ヒアリング後に必要書類をご準備いただき、それをもとに定款などの設立書類を作成します。
2. 資本金のお振込み
   
   会社設立には、資本金の設定が必要です。節税の観点からお客様に最適な資本金額をご提案。設定した資本金を、指定された銀行口座に振り込んでいただきます。資本金の振込みに関する疑問や不安があれば、いつでもご相談ください。
3. 必要書類に押印
   
   お客様が行う最後の作業は、必要書類への押印です。その後に必要な法務局などでの手続きはこちらですべて代行。お客様の大切な新しいスタートを、私たちが全力でサポートします。
